Payment option
You can place an order directly on the site and pay with secure credit card payment and Paypal.
On request, you can also pay in cash by appointment at my workshop. Please contact me directly for this option, I will tell you how to proceed.
Shipping & Delivery
Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. As each piece is individually manufactured on request, the production time in my workshop can vary between 20 and 30 working days. Production time does not include shipping time.
The cost of each shipment will be automatically calculated and detailed at the time of confirmation of purchase, so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming payment.
The shipping price does not include any customs fees or duties that may be incurred when shipping to countries outside the European Union. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges
We ask that you choose each item in your order carefully as all of our pieces are made to order. Therefore we do not accept returns of merchandise if you have simply changed your mind. We want you to be completely satisfied with every piece of jewelry you order. As such, if your jewelry does not suit you and you wish to exchange it, you have 72 hours from receipt of the order to send us an email to the address contact@incarnem. com with your invoice and an exchange request. Exchanges are made according to the availability of the desired part and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Once your exchange request has been approved, your jewelry must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt of the order in new condition and in its original packaging. When you return your jewelry to us, it is imperative that you use a shipping service with tracking and insurance and that you take care to package your jewelry well. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items. Shipping costs, customs fees and insurance costs for your jewelry are entirely your responsibility. In order to avoid possible customs fees for your return of goods from abroad, we advise you to indicate that it is a “return of goods” on the customs slip when sending. We will not incur any customs or shipping charges.
If the item you returned to us is damaged, worn or no longer in its original condition when sold, it will be returned to you at your expense.
For all custom-made items, items on sale or purchased with a promotional code, as well as items that have already been the subject of a size modification , all sales are final and no item can be returned or exchanged. .
